Chapter 5:9-14

Worthy Is the Lamb

I. A New Song will be sung in Heaven. Here are the words:
“Thou art worthy to take the book
and to open the sealsthereof
for thou wast slain
and hast redeemed us to God
by thy blood
out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation
and hast made us unto our God
kings and priests
and we shall reign on the earth.”

II. How many angels did John hear?
Ten thousand times ten thousand
and thousands of thousands

III. They said, “Worthy is the Lamb”

IV. The Lamb is to receive seven awards. What were they?
1. To receive power
2. Riches
3. Wisdom
4. Strength
5. Honor
6. Glory
7. Blessing

V. John said to God and to the Lamb:
1. Blessing
2. Honor
3. Glory
4. Power

VI. And the four beasts or creatures said, Amen
