Chapter 6:1-8

Lesson 15 with Answers
Seals 1, 2, 3,and 4
God's Four Horsemen

Note: At this point in our study we must ask five questions:
(1) Is the protion of Scripture talking of past or future events?
(2) Where is the Church at this time?
(3) What is revealed in Daniel Chapter 9 about the 70th week?
(4) Are we in the last 3 1/2 years? (Rev. chapters 6-19)
(5) How does this compare to Christ's message on the "end times" in Matt. Chapters 24 and 25?
See special note at the end of this page.

I. Who was the only One worthy to open the book and loose the seven seals?
The Lamb

II. John was commanded to do what in verses 1, 3, 5, and 7?
Come and see

III. What color was the first horse? White (AntiChrist)
Describe the rider: Had a bow (no arrows)
and a crown was given to him
What did he do? He conquered (politically without war)

was common for a person to receive one denarius for an entire day's work.

VI. What color was the fourth horse? Pale (death)
Describe the two riders: Death and Hell
Note: These two have been riding together throughout the Bible since man's fall
In Rev. 20:14 Death and Hell will finish their ride as they are tossed into the Lake of Fire
What did they do? They have the power to kill and they do

VII. How much of the earth will be affected by them? 1/4 of the earth
They are to kill:
(1) with sword
(2) with hunger
(3) with death
