The 1,000 Year Reign of Jesus Christ

I. When the 1,000 year reign of Christ upon the earth begins,
where are the beast and the false prophet?
The Lake of Fire

II. Is this a real place? Yes
How do you know that? The Bible said it, I believe it, that settles it.

III. Is the bottomless pit a real place? Yes
The bottomless pit is mentioned seven times in the Book of Revelation.
Three times in chapter 9, once in Chapter 11, once in Chapter 17, and twice in Chapter 20.

IV. Give the four names for God’s enemy as listed in Rev. 20:2

VI. Who is to reign with Christ a thousand years?
A. The Church Saints
Note:
Take another look at John 5:25-29
If you know Christ as your personal Saviour, then this passage speaks of you.

B. The Tribulation Saints
C. Old Testament Saints Note:
ALL believers are called saints.
Old Testament Saints believed God and looked for the Promised Saviour.
New Testament Saints believed Christ and looked for the Rapture.
Tribulation Saints believed The Holy Spirit and looked for the 2nd Coming of Christ.

VII. This is called the first resurrection.

VIII. In verse 5, who are the rest of the dead who will be raised after the 1,000 years? Unbelievers

IX. In verse 6, what is the second death? Separation from God

X. Does the second death have power over the believers? No
